At Atlas Pet Company, we want you and your companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack the Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
